Andre Desir

Founding Attorney

Andre Desir is the Managing Attorney at Vexillum Law, leading complex legal strategies and overseeing firm operations, with prior experience as an Estate Planning Attorney at EP Wealth Advisors. Andre was a Judicial Law Clerk in the First Judicial District Orphans’ Court in the chambers of Honorable John W. Herron, Honorable Matthew D. Carrafiello, and Honorable Kathryne Streeter-Lewis. Clients of Vexillum Law benefit from Andre’s strong background in estate planning, litigation, and wealth management.   

Andre holds a J.D. from Villanova University and a B.A. in Political Science from The City College of New York, with honors and notable scholarships at both institutions.

In his free time, Andre enjoys traveling to places well known for its historical significance. Recently, he visited England, where he walked the same path frequented by Winston Churchill. Andre also enjoys engaging with fellow enthusiasts of collectible trading cards and spending time with his family.
